Happy Birthday to Me!!

So, today I turned 29 for the 9th time!  I guess its time to change the blog name to twenty-eighteen but I really don't want too.  I like the look of the words twenty-seventeen.  Anyone have any opinions?  Id love to hear them!

We had a lovely bbq dinner of my choice today and I chose a huge fudge brownie in lieu of a cake.  None of the ones in the store looked or sounded remotely appealing, so I asked for the brownie instead!  A very wise decision, I might add.  One can never go wrong with the two words, Fudge Brownie.  It was paired quite divinely with Cherry Frozen Yogurt with chocolate chunks in it!  YUMMY!

My son surprised me with a super funny card this year ( I didn't have to remind him, OR give him money for it either!)

It was a beautiful sunny day. I received many well wishes via Facebook, text messages and telephone which I loved!  My parents gave me a Betty Boop travel mug for all my travels, and those who know me, know I'm a huge fan!
Since today is Thursday, I have my normal scheduled date with 4 of my most favourite little people in town.  Im having a very nice day!  Thank You to everyone who thought of me today!  I love you all!
