Lunch! I got creative in the kitchen today! I took a boneless skinless chicken breast put it in the frying pan with a bit of olive oil, added some garlic cloves and some red peppers. I put in on a soft tortilla that was topped with onion BBQ sauce. I added some bacon pieces and old cheddar cheese on top and threw it in the oven til the cheese was melted! It tastes amazing!!
